Aruna Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Aruna (the “App”), provided by TODO: registered company name (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the App, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Subscriptions and free trials

  • Aruna Pro — TODO: subscription period

Current prices are shown in the App before you purchase.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends.
  • Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.

4. App-specific disclaimers

  • The App provides general fitness and wellness content and is not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise or breathing program, especially if you are pregnant, injured or have a medical condition. Stop if you feel pain or discomfort.

5. User content

You are responsible for content you create or share in the App. You grant us the rights needed to operate the features you use (e.g. storing your logs or sharing with your crew).

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or discontinue the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of TODO: governing law.
