Huntrail Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TODO: registered company name (“we”, “us”), based in Turkey, collects, uses and protects information when you use Huntrail (the “App”).

Information we collect

Account & identifiers

The App creates an anonymous account identifier (via Firebase Anonymous Authentication) so your data can be stored and synced. We do not ask for your name or email to use the App.

Location

Camera & photos

With your permission, the App accesses your camera only when you use a feature that needs it. TODO: confirm whether camera images stay on the device or are uploaded

Microphone

With your permission, the App uses your microphone only while you are actively using a feature that needs it (for example, voice input or audio features). You can turn microphone access off in iOS Settings.

Usage & diagnostics

We collect app usage events and crash reports through Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the App is used and to fix problems.

Advertising & attribution

We use Meta SDK to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple. We receive purchase status (for example, whether a subscription is active) through Apple In-App Purchase via RevenueCat. We never receive your payment card details.

How we use information

  • To understand which marketing campaigns bring users to the App (if attribution SDKs are used)
  • To respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and deletion

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@sukolabs.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, UK, California and Turkey), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@sukolabs.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
